The way we will work together:-

I won’t advise you or tell you what to do, but rather, encourage you to make your own decisions by being with you in the sessions, beside you on your journey. I believe that everyone has their own in-built capacity for achieving what they really want from life. Sometimes we know where we’d like to be but it can seem like an incomplete jigsaw or a muddle of pieces. On your own personal journey we will have the space to explore your jigsaw. This kind of counselling is called the Person-centred approach.

This will be our counselling space.
